As the creative director for Zero Gravity, an inclusive marine activity and lodging facility based in Amami Oshima,
I led their brand expansion and several major tourism expo debut in Tokyo Japan.
I shaped their content strategy and concept planning, ensuring every touchpoint amplified their unique selling points for maximum impact.
The focus was Instagram growth: consistent Reels and genuine engagement took the account from 2,900 to nearly 4,000 followers in three months, no ads.
A campaign timed to their tourism expo debut amplified reach, putting lived experiences at the center of their brand.
Beyond social, I tightened their brand across platforms—reworking the website with clearer messaging, updated visuals, and content that actually explained their services, accessibility, and group offerings.
Internally, I became the translator: clarifying tasks, aligning stakeholders, and turning complex ideas into actionable steps for a lean team working against the clock.
